Week 52 Sensory Activity - Banana Bread

This week, have your child help you in the kitchen by baking together!

I am recommending banana bread because most people love it, and because your child can help smush the bananas to get them ready for the bread. I absolutely love this recipe because it uses whole wheat flour. It also uses honey as a sweetener instead of sugar. (If your child is under 1, please use another recipe without honey!)

Of course, you are welcome to bake anything else you might like - cookies, other quick breads, muffins or anything else that will get your child excited about baking are all great for this week's activity.
